Return & Refund Policy

 

We want you to feel confident in your jewelry purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your item, you may requestion a return within 14 days of delivery.

 

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that all custom-made, engraved, sized, or made-to-order jewelry pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are handcrafted specifically for you, and as such, we are unable to resell or repurpose them. 

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Eligibility for Returns 

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unworn, in original condition and accompanied by the original tag.
• All original packaging and documentation must be included.
• You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
• A return request must be submitted within 24-48 hours after receiving the item.

To start a return, you can contact us at fianceejewelry@yahoo.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 31 N. Wabash Ave. Chicago, IL 60602. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and we strongly recommend using a trackable, insured service. We are not responsible for items lost or damage during the return transit.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchange at this time. If you wish to exchange an eligible item, we recommend initiating a return (if applicable) and placing a new order for the desired item. 

Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for exchange under any circumstance. 

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

 
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at fianceejewelry@yahoo.com.
